Calling all bingers!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello kristy, I just wanted to share something with you, I have been concentrating on the protien, and I made a big london broil in the oven last night, smothered with saute'd onions and mushrooms then chop it up into chunks then into the la' machine and make it like a chop meat consistency, yummmy and so filling also, not to mention it is all Protien, so next time you get hungry try this I put the rest in the fridge and Nuke it when I'm hungry, I love to eat beef and will enjoy it whyle I can! try to stay away from the carbs, best of luck to you! Hugz Mary
I didn't think I would binge, I have been drinking the protein already, and cutting back on fat and sugar, but yesterday I decided I had to get rid of some stuff in the freezer for good...so I ate 3 donuts! lol
tasted pretty good too. I just came back from a shopping trip now with sugar free jellos, and puddings and one pack of little waters with spouts that I will keep refilling...I just want a little bottle with me most of the time, and I got plenty of sugar free caffeine free drinks and some baby food meats in case I can't get my protein in either, I could try it...and found some nice little individual packages of chicken broth and some little individual baby food cereal packs. Of course I bought some carb lite ice cream bars just to see how they taste for later on.
I tried the post op shopping and had a meltdown near the bread! I love food and rarely does a person, not to mention a MO person, get a green light to eat as much of whatever they want.... I got the green light I don't do much in the way of twinkies (why is it that all fat people are thought to survive on a diet solely of Twinkies and Bon Bons?) so I went in for one small box of pop tarts which I shared with my hubby. That and macaroni and cheese which (oink!) I didn't share! I love Bel Beeta! I have noticed though that I have started throwing in a can of this or a jar of that for post op. I find if I fit it into my regular shopping it's easier. That and I can smile and wave Bye-Bye! to the twinkies. Pop tarts though would be a different story! Oh and I haven't seen a yarn ball yet that doesn't wanna go home with me, good thing I can't eat that huh?

Hey, Kristy!
Glad to see ya made it over...I think you'll like it here with the Marchers!
Can't stay...go to the post subject "I was invited..." and you'll see my explanation of why I'm not on the boards today. This is NOT my norm, but I have to follow PCP's orders right now.
Just checked in to see what's happening - like I said in that post "I can give up food, but I can't give up my friends", so I've logged in on several 15-minute spurts today. But my timer went off, and I have to logoff.
SO glad my kidnapping of you was successful......hehehe...glad to see ya. I'll be back, but in the meantime, I'm pretty darned sure everyone else will tend to your needs and whims. We're a pretty darned good group!
Welcome to the Marchers, Kristy!!
