I love what Joy wrote about the old stomach being pissed off! I had heard that once before as I read it on a profile. Apparently it is the old stomach making itself heard, but correct me if I'm wrong - you don't feel hungry though - right? Dina ---who now more than ever is happy that she took 2 months off...

I'm not hungry. Unfortunately I'm not really recognizing full either. So I eat by the measurements and by the clock. Still thirsty though. I have to keep reminding myself to sip, not glug! Joy
