Dina's angelette

My name is Deanne and I am the friend that Dina Rudesheim told you about. I had my surgery in Ensenada, Mexico on Feb 26th and experienced quite a bit of post op pain. I want to thank each and every one of you who were so kind and gracious. Not only did you fill my surgery page with your well wishes, but your prayers for me in my time of need were awesome. Dina invited me to take a peek at the March board---said you all were a fun and supportive group and I must agree. Although the Ensenada group is very informative, I can't say they are the most supportive. As Dina can attest, sometimes your questions just don't get acknowledged. Maybe because there just aren't that many people posting. Anyway I just wanted to say Hi and THANK YOU!!!! p.s. I have temporarily hid my profile. I learned the hard way about posting my real name, city, etc. Its not the smartest thing to do especially if you are not telling family members, coworkers, etc about your surgery. Live and learn!

Deanne - a bright spot in my day! I'm happy you came to check out the board. Please ignore my latest post here...it's not typical of the flavor of this place. I hope you will stick around a bit and go through this with us. We all will be eating the same things at about the same time, so you can sing with our "canaries!" (Definition: A Canary here is what we call the March 1st folks since they are like the canaries they took down to the coal mines to make sure the coast was clear.)
