I empathize with the hot flashes/sweats/chills....been doin' the Menopause Mambo for the past few years, altho my 'symptoms' have been seriously reduced due to being on Depo. As I've told friends, I'd been wet 24/7 for over a year straight...why don't I look like a prune? Once ya get past it, you'll be lookin' back and laughing at it like I do now! Ah yes...gotta love those rites of passage! Do good...so glad you're in Newpouch!!
