3 days post-op

Hi everyone, I am 3 days post op and got to take my first full shower and shampoo. Although everyone was so nice in the hospital, there's no place like home. Am so excited to be on the post op losing side. My best wishes to everyone having surgery this week. Every day makes a difference in your comfort level. Hang in there, it does get better.

I was waiting to hear from you. There has been some talk about the differences in the time spent in the hospital. Glad to hear you made it home OK. I had surgery at 7:45 AM on Monday morning and was home by Tuesday at 3:00 PM. How are thing going for you. I'll bet the and at home felt real great. Welcome back.

Oh, you Minnesota gals are so tough! LOL No--really it is wonderful...glad you are bouncing back so quickly!

Hey JC, glad to hear you made it and things went smoothly. I was released the next morning after leak test and sips of juice. My Dr. only does 23 hours observation. How are you doing as far as your liquids? If I drink something cold or room temp it doesnt go down to well, but if I heat it in the microwave I can handle it better. take care. Rhonda C
