Help, need an easier way!

Okay, I was going through the surgery master list.(awesome job by the way) and I wanted to post something on all the marchers surgery pages. Now I know that there are over 200 Marchers but I want them all to know I'm thinking about them. What would be the easiest way to post on their surgery pages? I'm clicking on the link on the posted master page, then going to their profile, then having to sign in, then post my message and then navigate all the way back! seems to be a bit time consuming not mention putting my aged browser through hell Any suggestions?
