OT: profile pages

I know this is abit off topic but I was wondering how do some of you get the beautiful profile pages. Ive seen alot of really neat ones and was curious on how to set my own up. Thanks!!!!

I did my own, and if you like any of it, I would be happy to help you....once the HTML is coded, it is just a simple copy and paste over and over again.
