Shannon, how are you? Don't know if you remember me but I remember you! Happy 4th anniversary - I'm contacting as many of our Marchers as I can to encourage everyone to post on their anniversary dates - share whatever you want to talk about - successes, failures, triumphs, tragedies - mostly, please tell us how you're doing with maintaining your weight loss. So many of us are struggling and I think all need a good talking to from each other, no matter where we're at in this journey - we're in this together, please, please check in on your anniversary date!
