10 hours.....surgery

Wow!! I am finally counting in hours instead of days. I can hardly beleive tomorrow is March 1st. I am ready and relaxed. I want to send all the first weekers postive thoughts, energy, and speedy recoveries. I will post when I am home and know I will have lots of good things to share. And hopefully some funny stories as well. Thank you to everyone who has posted on my page and all the prayers and support. You have made my journey thus far much easier. I will hold you all in my hearts......until we meet again!!!!!! Janelle

Janelle, how are you? Congrats on your 4 year anniversary! It's hard to believe how far we've come together. Would you do the Marchers a favor? Would you please lead the way in posting on our anniversary dates - post how you are, how you're enjoying your life, your trials, tragedies, triumphs, especially how you're doing with maintaining your weight loss this far out - any tools for sustaining success will be so appreciated as many of us are having difficulty.
