Hi Va, how are you? Congrats on your 4 year anniversary! It's hard to believe how far we've come together. Would you do the Marchers a favor? Would you please lead the way (I've also emailed Janelle) in posting on our anniversary dates - post how you are, how you're enjoying your life, your trials, tragedies, triumphs, especially how you're doing with maintaining your weight loss this far out - any tools for sustaining success will be so appreciated as many of us are having difficulty.
