To all the first week Marchers
Hello I just wanted to tell all the first week Marchers that I will keep you in my prayers, May God Bless you and keep you safe from harm,
May he guide you gently to the losing side...
May he give your surgeons the guidence to do their jobs well!
May he give the nurses a tad more sensitivity to help you, move along!
God Bless you all!
*Dont forget to ask for the rolled blanket under your lower backs during surgery , and if you can get some baloons and start blowing them up, this will help your lungs open to full capasity...So breathing will be easier.
also, get that foley cath. out A.S.A.P.
and no matter how bad your feeling remember dont just lay there....walk thoes hallways as much as you can,if you feel weak ask for a wheelchair and hold on to it walk behind it! BUT WALK!!!!!
everyday you will feel A LIL BETTER !
I hope all your dreams come true in 2004!
Hugz Mary
Mary, how are you? Happy upcoming 4th anniversary! I can't believe it's been so long, and how far we've all come together. Can you do the Marchers a favor? Can you post on your anniversary date and let us know ho you're doing - whatever you want to tell us about, your triumphs, tragedies, successes, concerns - how you're enjoying life, what you're worried about, and especially how you're doing with maintaining your weight loss. Many of us are really struggling so I think we could all use some straight talk from each other, what do you say? I hope you're doing well and I so hope to see your post on your anniversary date! Take care, Maureen
