Vitamins

Hey you guys, I went shopping yesterday to buy my vitamins for after surgery and spent $60.00. It was really hard to find exactly what the Dr wanted me to have so I went to a health food store and WOW, they had everything and they knew what exactly I needed. I spent about an hour and a half in the local drug store searching, I even got help and we never found what I needed there. So if your list is as lengthy as mine, save yourself some time. I also got an order form from one of the ladies in my support group for vitamins made by a doctor especially for Bariatric patients. I may try them next. Just trying to keep busy until tomorrow, I start my bowel prep this afternoon after church!!!!! Pray for me ! I 'll check in after surgery Julie

I hope you guys are not doing the Fleet Phosphat lemon lime stuff. That stuff is wicked and works within 30 mins or less. The actual John part was not so bad. It was the taste and the after taste that I had problems with. I am so glad my doctor does not require it.

Martha, I had the Fleet Phosphat lemon lime stuff this morning I was surprised it didn't come up. It's all in my septic tank now. I'm sipping on clear liquids. Drinking with applejuic spead out over a 20 minute period helped. You'r lucky you get to skip this yummy treat. Robin
