Sis Update/Canary Countdown

All (Especially our Canaries) -- Well, due to my Sis's situation, I've been up all night praying not only for her, for the Queen Mum, and my nieces/nephs, but I've had the opportunity to pray for each and every one of our Canaries individually as they prepare for their life-altering surgeries. Do I SWEAR by Romans 8:28 or what? Who'd've thunk it...on the eve of our month... First off, I JUST talked to Queen Mum again. Understand that since Sis absolutely WILL not talk to me/Queen Mum 'bout WLS, she won't tell us what's happening - Queen Mum and I have to rely on the snippets of information the kids give us (how STOOPID is this?). Oldest Niece just came home (been with Sis all nite at the hospital), oldest neph just took over "shift" with Sis. I'll respect Sis's DEMAND that we don't go to the hospital, but I feel so helpless here, just praying and wondering. Anyway, niece said that they're thinking it's a bowel obstruction, and a short time ago Sis had a "scan" done -- ?? Looks like I'll have to research WLS/bowel obstruction to try to figure out what may be going on. This is so frustrating. I'd just GO there if she'd be receptive, or even if she wouldn't scream and yell, but Sis would throw a fit, and I don't want to upset her any more than she already is. Niece said she looks like "death warmed over". I just WISH she could lay her silly stubbornness down and LET IT GO - she's in trouble right now and won't let us be there for her. I guess I'm tired (been up all nite), but I just don't know what to do. Gotta go with respecting her demands right now, but I may just foo-foo that in a short while: she NEEDS her family right now. I'm stymied..don't know what to do. PLEASE keep praying. I'm sure you all know what this is like for her...you KNOW you did something wrong (overate?) and you KNOW there's a price to pay, and you KNOW you have to pay it alone, but I sure wish I could be there to hug her and tell her it'll be alright. What a mess. Anyway, my canaries, I've been in prayer all night for each one of. How excited you all must be!! I'm excited FOR you all, as I was telling Queen Mum tonight (last nite now). Remember that our God is a gracious God, and He's cleared the trail up to this point, and He's not going to drop the ball now. Enter your surgeries knowing that you are being brought to His attention by so very many people...what an extraordinary phenomena!! Gonna go pace the floors s'more. Love you all so much, am so PROUD of you all, and will keep you in His ear-shot... Kimmer Very Tired, But Prayin' For Her Canaries Can't even count right now...Zero-minus-9 and 5 workdays maybe?

Get some sleep my dear. Others will take the praying post a while. You are doing the right thing by giving your Sis the room she needs/demands, but try to be close to your Mum through this. I'm praying for you and yours. Joy

Kimmer: We know the power of prayer. And God will lead you in the decisions you have to make. Right now, taking care of your mom while others can take care of your sister is a must. Kimmer, The only thing you can do for her right now is what you already are doing, pray (and spying via the kids). I'm soooo sorry that you are having to go through this. Take care of you mom and get some much needed rest. Know that all of us Marchers are right here for you and we will keep the prayer chain going along while you rest. God is listening. Kisses Whitney
