Betty, how are you? You probably don't remember me, but I remember you! Happy upcoming 4th anniversary! I can't believe it's been so long, and how far we've all come together. Can you do the Marchers a favor? Can you post on your anniversary date and let us know ho you're doing - whatever you want to tell us about, your triumphs, tragedies, successes, concerns - how you're enjoying life, what you're worried about, and especially how you're doing with maintaining your weight loss. Many of us are really struggling so I think we could all use some straight talk from each other, what do you say? I hope you're doing well and I so hope to see your post on your anniversary date! Take care, Maureen

God bless you carrie, dont forget the rolled up blanket under your lower back, when you awake the pain will be less from being in one position for so long, have them remove your cath, a.s.a.p. and walk as soon as you can best of luck to you! keep the faith GOD is good!
