URGENT PRAYER REQUEST

Hey, all... Can't hang...too much happening. Thought I'd be able to cash in my hall pass early: no such luck, at least not tonite. Queen Mum and I took care of business today, but for some unknown reason, she didn't stay here with me. Romans 8:28 again... Even my sis thought it was gonna be one of our 'jamin parties, and when I took Mom home (to my sis's), Sis said "I thought you were staying with Kimmer...???". Sis was fine when I left - nothing out of the ordinary at all. Well about 1 hour ago, Queen Mum called: my oldest neph took Sis into the emergency room (Sis has to be knockin' on death's door before she goes to the Dr, etc...she wears physical distress/pain as a badge of honor, SO unlike Queen Mum and I...). Apparently Sis began vomiting after I left, and has been with her head in the toilet for about 1/2 hour before she ASKED Josh to take her in to the E.R. -- something's very wrong. And me, in my selfishness, thought "Oh, great...I kissed her when I left. If I get a flu or virus NOW, I'm gonna be LIT...". But then I immediately thought nope...it's something with her WLS - she's 2.5 years out of her RNY and still pushes the envelope when it comes to grazing and eating sweets, etc. Ironically, at dinner tonite, Queen Mum and I talked 'bout some of the things I won't be able to do for a LONG time after my surgery, such as eat lettuce (can lay over the stoma and block it), I HAVE to chew my food to a puree, etc. I told Queen Mum that I'll BET something like this happened to Sis tonite, 'cuz all Sis told Queen Mum as she was going out the door (hurling into a dish tub) was "It's my stomach..." My youngest niece, in her innocence, told Queen Mum after Sis left for E.R. that "...Mom's been eating all day long...she said she's eaten too much..." PLEEZE, if you could take a nanosecond, pray for my Sis. I just feel in my heart that she's overstepped the WLS boundaries again, and I'm sure she's gonna have to be scoped. Worst part is that due to her shut-down with ME, she'll never talk to ANY of us about it...please pray...please. I'm really concerned about her. Her husband called this morning from Iraq - he's the "Deputy Mayor" of the Al-Asad base there. We're used to him being gone as he's been deployed a lot thru their 25 years of marriage, but she's got NO ONE there with her 'cept my Neph - by HER demand - and it's GOT to be lonely and scary for her right now. Gotta go. Will spend some time tomorrow here...I've been granted a reprieve. But I had to immediately ask you all to pray for Sis...pleeze... Love you all - Kimmer

O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again.
