Got my pre-op test date!
Well, Nervous 
Nellie that I am I hadn't heard from the doctors office concerning my pre-op, so I called them. Turns out that my machine was off when they tried to call but that they sent me a letter in todays mail. I was going for a face to face with the doc on the 11th and seems they've scheduled all my pro-ops for that day too. I have to do the upper GI 
(strawberry chalk, yum!) chest X-Ray, Pulm. Function (blow in da tube till yer 
), arterial blood gases (where's the flatulence monitor!?), UA, and an EKG... in other words I will be 
through hoops on the 11th! Woo-Hoo!
