today is feb.26th and i only have five more days till my surgery. i'm excited , however nervous, anxious and all those emotions a person goes through when they know there life is going to change for the better. i cant gain any wieght before surgery so i'm trying my hardest to keep dropping wieght or my surgery will be cancelled. so i guess i'm fighting two battles. well god willing everything will go fine and i can regain my life once again. loretta

First of all, Congratulations 
on your upcoming surgery. It'll be here before you know it!!! WoW 
only 5 days!!!!!!! Can't wait to hear from you once you're on the other side and can tell those of us with much later dates what to expect. 
Second, you are right to recognize that the emotions that you are going through are completely normal. We are all going through them at verying degrees. This is such a major life changing step for all of us. 
That we can't help but go through such a wide range of emotions.
Third, about the weight gain, drink your water!!!! Get out and take a walk when you get a craving!!!! I know it's hard to try and lose weight at this stage of the game, but you can do it!!!!!!!!!!! :thumpsup:
And finally, You are going to do abosolutely fantastic!!!! Always remember, positive thinking!!!!!!!!!!!

My Angels ==> Whitney I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERY ONE FOR YOUR SUPPORT, AND I'M SO SORRY THAT I HAVENT RESPONDED SOONER. I HAVE WENT THROUGH A BIG CHANGE IN MY LIFE AND I HAD TO GET ADJUSTED TO ALOT OF DIFFERENT EATING BEHAVIORS AND THE FEELING OF HUNGER AND FULL. YOU CAN SAY THAT MINE WAS IN MY HEAD. BUT SKIP ALL THAT. I'M DOUNG JUST FINE I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 40 POUNDS AND THAT FEELS GREAT I JUST CANT WAIT TO START WORKING OUT BUT THAT WILL COME IN TIME. YES I GET DEPPRESSED SOMETIMES AND THATS BECAUSE I'M NOT ABLE TO DO AS MUCH YET. ANYWAY EVERYBODY THATS GOIG TO HAVE THE SURGERY OR OUR PLANNING TO HAVE THE SURGERY YOULL DO FINE AND YOULL HAVE A GOOD RECOVERY.
