Carb Countdown Milk

I was shopping today and found this milk called Carb Countdown Milk by Hood. It's low fat and only has 3 grams of sugar in 240ml(8 ounces) I just worked myself up to taste it(since i've tried lactaid milk and soy milk, can you say yuck) and it is WONDERFUL!!! Tastes like milk no aftertaste, and is made with Splenda!!!! I am sooo happy that I found a milk that I will be able to drink after the surgery so I thought I would let you all know and hopefully everyone will be able to find it where they are(I'm in NY) www.HPHOOD.com (link for the milk) ~Nicole

Yup - this is the stuff I was telling you about Kimmer....it's fabulous stuff! And it is high in protein also! I believe (don't quote me right now) that it's 12 grams of protein per cup. Dina

I am already lactose intolerant. Anyway I have seen the carbcowntdown milk is almost every grocery store I have been in for about 3 weeks. I think itis good news for you milk drinkers.

I would think so Bethany - they are just like having a protein shake, only it has to be refrigerated. AND it's cheaper than the shakes!
