Well I have Said my GOODBYES!!

Yes it is true. I have almost completed ALL my goodbyes and it hasnt been easy. Things will never be the same after wls. I said goodbye to Outback last tuesday, shoneys breakfast bar last weekend, japanese last friday, chinese tonight, burger king yesterday,and tomorrow i bid farewell to mexican. I think they have taken it well. Japanese is taking it the hardest. He may need some kind of medication. I told them it was not their fault. It is me. I am going thru a change and that they should get along with their life. Yeah, can you tell i am a marcher?

today i said my good byes to buttered popcorn and a huge soda at the movies....I still have baskin robins, red lobester, all you can eat buffet, chinese, taco bell, and a couple others.

Good luck ladonna, i wish that was my problem, i never ever eat out We just cant afford it...soo i cook all the goodies i wnt at home which is worse because the portions are never ending,, I am also a Marcher and this all has ended already!I am chewing on some beef and havin raw veggies , next week i start the liquid diet

Hey Whitney, It's doing fine. Time now for a protein shake before I hit the bed. I was out running errands today and I've missed a couple of shakes today. But with the shakes and other things I'm allowed and spacing them out I've done fine. Thank the Lord!!!!
