OT: Suggestion for posters

It really ****** me off when ONE person comes in, who as far as we can tell, is NOT even scheduled to have surgery and not only considers it her job to tell US how to run this board but THEN preceeds to so majorly dis someone that I consider to be a great friend and fellow Marcher. I am with Kimmer in that, we will NOT allow anyone to do that on here. Personal attacks will NOT be tolerated and I agreed with EVERYTHING that you said and everyone else. It was cold and cloudy today.. Gonna be warmer this weekend.. I can't wait for spring.. I love Easter... My neighbor's dog just loves to bark.. I need to sweep and mop the kitchen... There's a sale on toilet paper this week... Rain makes me sad...

Ok.. way late for me to be posting but I had to say a couple things. 1st, Georgette, when I come here I get in a better mood JUST because there is so much support. It may not have to do with WLS HOWEVER, These wonderful people make me laugh. They make me smile and if we can make one person smile, we have done our job. Numero 2!! Like Kimmer, I will not sit back and let someone DOWN another when they have NO IDEA who the person they are DOWNING is!!! I do not know Kelly that well, HOWEVER, I know that she is a wonderful person. We got ur back Kelley Girl!!! You know, I got to thinking about it and if we put OT on every topic we posted that was not directly related to WLS education -- there really wouldn't be much of interest to people out there only looking for "On Topic" posts so maybe they just need to move on and find another home. It's not that we don't discuss those issues. Just today, Kimmer posted about postop carb intake and someone else posted regarding a low carb milk (not quite sure that that one would be "On Topic") and there have been others. But as Carrie said, this is a SUPPORT page and that is exactly what we do here. I posted need for support for the melt down I'm experiencing today and my computer keeps ringing in that I have had a response. Talk about support!!!!!!!!!! Can't find any better than here. I love my Marcher Family and think that we will keep going like the energizer in the weeks, months, and years following our surgeries. Whitney
