Angel from Board

I'm a first weeker and I have an angel from my hometown, but she says she has never seen this board and can't find it for some reason, so I'm worried that you guys won't get and update from me soon after surgery and I would like to have and angel from here to keep my extended family updated.

This website, however wonderful with information, is not really too computer friendly. I have a lot of experience with computers and a real geek...so I am happy to help anyone trying to navigate. I found out that when you "come in" to this site from whatever favorite links you have, you must click on "update my profile" to get to the MAIN HOME PAGE then you can look through the forums on the left side to find ones like "Over 50" or click on the surgery dates at the top and then select March and then select message board. once you find what you want, then put it in favorites, or bookmark it so that you can go in and out easily.

I need to amend my instructions a little. IF you are in here viewing this message board, then just a little click on the WLS Home or Main entrance will get you to where you can see the other forums.

Joanne, I am in the same boat as you but I think I will teach my sister when she comes up here how to get to this board. I would be your angel but I will be in the hospital same time you are I am sowwy but I know someone will help you out!!!

Hi Joann, I can keep everyone updated if you like. You can have your hometown angel email me and I will post the info to the board for her. If you want me to do that just let me know and I will make sure you have my email address to give to your hometown angel I have my surgery on 3/11 so that will give me something to do to help pass the countdown time to my surgery.
