Rather than go to each profile I thought we could all list a liitle info about ourselves. After all we are Marching together. I'm Louise, 56 yo, BMI 35, with arthritis, GERD, and sleep apnea. Surg. date 3/18. I am married, have a son and daughter, and two grandchildren. We live in FL in the winter and central NY in the summer. I am an R.N. but don't work as a nurse anymore. Both my son and daughter have had wls, which inspired me to do the same. I have private health ins. as we are self employed and the insurance covers 70% of the costs. That's it for me , how about you.

Hi there, I'm Lorrie, I am 42 yrs old. I am headed to Sweden tomorrow and possibly getting married while there this next week. It will depend on the Swedish government and how fast they will process our application!! I have 3 children at home, and my bmi is 53.1.. YIKES!!!! I live in Michigan and my surgery date is March 15. I work in a factory, and our company is self insured. They will pay 100% after my 2000.00 deductable!! Thats me!!

Good idea Louise, I'm Betsy age 47 BMI 58 with about everything you can think of Starting life over on 3/15 I am married 26 years two children son 25 daughter 24 Two grandkids 4 @ 7 I live in GA. now. I am an army brat so I grew up all over. Lived most of my married life in the shadow of Micky in Kissimmee FL. Daughter still lives there. Been in retail management all my life but unable to work at this time due to oxgyen dependencies. Husband has good insurance out of pocket 250.00 for hospital and 250.00 for surgeon. And I can'twait. I am Bethany, 21 yrs old, BMI of 60! I live in Baltimore, Md. but was born and raised in Alabama. I am happily married to Tony for 3 yrs and have custody of my niece, Amanda, who is 13. I have high BP and sleep apnea. I am in school studying Nursing (out for this semester due to my surgery) and can not wait to change my life next Tuesday.

OMG Louise, I think you need a judge along to make sure all those vows are said right and everything is all legal and stuff, doncha think? I know of a person who is the judge of dem Marchers that would be more than happy to tag along to make sure everything is done just right. Whatcha think Da Judge.

I am Martha. 52, no kids, divorced for 7 years. I am a 3rd generation Floridian. I work for a Mortgage Company, have been here for 12 years. I handle money on loans that have been delinquent and in Foreclosure. (wish I could sneak some of it for our Reunion. ) My medical problems are HBP and Hyatle Hernia which gives me massive reflux issues (cannot wait to get rid of that) and I was just diagnosed the end of the year with Adult 2 diabeties.

I am only gone a week to Sweden. Dat's all the vacation I got left!! I used it all up and dont get anymore til May.. booooooooo hoooooooo. I think I might need a judge.. cmon along.. the more the merrier!! *hahaha*..

Okey dokey, here you go... I'm Marcie. I'm 41 yo, BMI 48, with insulin resistance (PCOS), sleep apnea, GERD, arthritis, and IBS, just to name a few. My surgery date is 3/29. I am married (almost 22 years) and have two daughters (18 and 16) and a son (14). I work outside the home, but hubby carries the insurance. It's covering all except $1k. I have my nutrition class on 3/5 and my pre-ops 3/9. Is everyone going through the same extensive testing I'll have? I have to have bloodwork, pulmonary function test, chest x-ray, upper GI, and EKG. I guess they want to make extra sure your body's ready for the big change! That, in a nutshell, is me. I just love this list -- it's a great place to come for advice, to giggle, and rant if need be. Hi guys! I'm Marla - 43 and single mom of a 7yer old girl I adopted from Russia. Also have 2 dogs (ZoWee and OkyDoky). I'm scheduled 3/16 and can't wait!!! Insurance is paying 70% and fortunately approved it all in only 2 weeks! I've got sleep apnea, POD, and a headache from these dogs barking at the workers next door - all day
