A new idea for the Marchers

On the black american board I am on, the day before they go into surgery they post the hospital number and a cell phone number that they have. It is so wonderful and I have called everyone at the hospital the day after thier surgery and talked to them. You cant believe how happy everyone has been with the support and love they have felt from the members of the board calling and asking how they are and how everything went. I know that not everyone can maybe afford to call but it would be nice to hear from the ones that can. I know I am looking foward to getting to getting the calls in my hospital room after my surgery! ~Nicole

Nicole, That is a great idea. Most hospitals do not allow cell phones, but I am sure most of us will have phones in the room at the hospital. Hugs, Mo (doin' the 28 day boogie )

The cell phone things is for a contact person. Alot of the peoples spouses or other members of the family have the cell phone and if you cant get in touch with the person having surgery then you can call the cell phone number to get in touch with the contact person. I really love the idea! ~Nicole
