I haven't had any PLAIN water for about 3 weeks.... I was drinking 80-90 oz of PLAIN water a day, Don't know what happened. SF kool-aid and SF Tang count as my water intake right? Cause I've been drinking plenty of that... Kelley 18 days and a wake up!

I am soooo bad about this. I bought a 32 ounce rubbermaid sipper thing so I could be sure to get my 64oz of water and I havent even taken it out of the bag yet LOL `Nicole
