March 1st, it's almost here

OK I know everyone' heard this before, but I'm scared to death. I know that is for the best but I hate putting my family through this. I was o****il I have to sign a statement Thursday which advised me that 1 out of every 200 people die. NOW I"M REALY SCARED. Please write you previous scaredy cats and let me know how you go through this.

Take a deep breath Sandi. More of us would die of obesity than ever will die from the surgery. It is normal to have last week panic. I am pretty calmed down now, I was scared in the past, but as it was explained to me that the 1 in 200, alot of the ones that didn't make it were terribly sick to begin with, or didn't have a really good surgeon, so if you have confidence in your surgeon and have looked at his credentials, and are comfortable with them, you will be just fine. I had an initial visit with my surgeon, and then again last Tuesday, the second meeting was the most important one to me, I talked to him indepth and went away feeling a whole lot better.
