First of all, I've known that my surgery date is going to be March 3rd for a while now. I thought I was going to have to postpone it AGAIN, due to an infection that I have in my leg. I had to have my leg amputated in May '02 due to MAJOR clots following a miscarriage. I developed a bone infection in the stump. My original date was February 16th. But now, I talked to my ortho doc, and he told me that my infection is gone! I can have the surgery on the 3rd for sure now! YAY!!!!

I just can't believe it's actually going to happen! Before I was excited, but reserved, and scared that it was going to get postponed again. Now, I'm just really excited! I really wanted to share this with all of you since I feel that you're all my extended family. I wish you all peace in this waiting time. I love you all!

~CONGRATULATIONS!~ I'll be praying for you that all goes well -- it's sounds like the last two years have been tough. BTW, you have only ***11*** days until you become a 'loser'. How wonderful for you!

Thanks you guys! Yes, this has been a very rough two years. I'm so glad finally things are going to start getting better. Thanks for doing the math for me! I just couldn't seem to get it right. Another good thing that's happened to me this year is that I'm getting married! I NEVER thought that was going to happen! So, I've got to get busy after surgery and lose all this weight fast! I want to have ps by next April or May so I'm healed up for the wedding on October 15. Wow! It's going to be a busy year for me! Thanks again everyone!
