Martha, Sugarplum... No WAY are you invisible here. I'm the only one with invisible friends, and you're not one of them. Many have said that they're not 'recognized' on the other boards. That's NEVER gonna happen on this board. We'll dog ya 'til it hurts and you cry "uncle!!". Look thru the past posts (if you have a few days to spare...). There isn't ONE post that hasn't received at least ONE response. Most receive more (some WAY more...) than that, but the lesser ones are usually due to time factors in MY replies...I simply run out of time and can't get back again and again. Gonna hafta quit my job out of guilt! No way, Martha. You're a Marcher. Period. G'mornin, Whit Darlin'! ::yawn:: Ya know, I was just surfin' the main board and I really started gettin' pi$$ed, so I headed back here to Newpouch. I DO read the different forums, and I learn a lot from them (mainly, what pompous a$$e$ some of them are...oops, Bad Kimmer. Bad, bad Kimmer. ). There's a lot of good information to be had. But I'm usually a "lurker" there, am just doing some "recon" for information. I have no reason to post on most surfing trips. But this morning I saw one of the "adored" posters on the main board voicing her opinion about "cligues" (I believe she meant cliques). She swears there are none on the main boards, and if there are, it's all in their imagination. Then all her sheeples start chimin' in, throwing laurels at her feet, all posting "yes, yes, yes, you said it's so, so it must be so..." (sic). THEN some of 'em started slammin' on NEWBIE PRE-OPS. Slammin' on how unknowledgeable we are, it's apparent that WE don't know what we're getting in to by comparison to how TOTALLY COMPETENT they were in their pre-op knowledge, why do we keep asking the same questions over and over again (albeit it's different people posting at different times...wonder if she thought 'bout THAT?), blah blah blah . I felt my blood pressure raising...and then saw one of our new Marchers, Nicole Jackson, stand her ground and intelligently posted AGAINST this "bella" woman and her sheeple groupies. I'm gonna tell ya, I was VERY impressed with how Nicole stated her case, that yes, it can appear that there are cliques (she even spelled it correctly, which endeared me to Nicole even more...). They came BACK on Nicole, but Nicole stood her ground, very eloquently but firmly. I was gonna post WITH Nicole, but in all honesty, I didn't feel like being flamed that early in my morning, and Nicole was doing VERY well on her own. Anyway, yup, the main board can be a snoozer, but if you ever need to "wake up", I'll give you the link to that thread...it'll get ya so annoyed, it'll raise your B.P. REAL fast. Slam on us pre-ops...in a PIG's EYE, "BELLA SHEEPLE"!! Now, PLEASE keep in mind that this is only an isolated group of people on that board. Not ALL of the posters are like that, and in fact, most of them are not. However, I've watched this particular group of sheeple for a while now... SERIOUS Kudos to Marcher Nicole Jackson!
