Hey, you're getting re-plumbed the day after me! You're anxious, and that's normal. But take that energy and use it for good, not evil. Put it into preparing for your date, taking care of things, etc. You're gonna be fine. We're all gonna be fine. We're gonna be LOO-sers!! Kimberly, You are going to do Grrrreat!!! Just keep on thinking positive. It really helps to have a positive attitude when healing. I firmly believe this!!! I'l keep you in my prayers with all the other Marchers. As far as being anxious, this is normal. We all go through periods of this. WLS is such a big change for us and there will be some anxiety with all the things we have to think about. Sometimes friends and family members do not understand this (my hubby doesn't get my constant need -- almost addiction-- to this board) that's why we come here -- to our family that does understand!! Hang in there girl!!! 3 more weeks to a new you Whitney

Hey Kimberly, Our thoughts and prayers will be with you in the weeks to come. You'll be fine, but don't sit and worry. Put that nervous energy to good use. Clean out your junk drawer or straighten up your closet...etc.... You get my drift, do something that you don't normally do on a regular basis...something that requires thought and attention. It will keep your mind and fingers active...less worry = less stress. Keep posting!! As you know we Marchers love to post. Happy thoughts and busy hands, Va 13 sunrises until my new life begins!!

Kimberly - you and I go on the same day and I'm feeling that nervous energy as well. I'm okay with everything but worries about DVT and how to avoid that if at all possible. But we'll do fine. These docs are well versed in dealing with our risk factors and we'll be in good hands! Dina
