This Board

Hi I just want to let you guys know that I enjoy this board. The main board is great also but it is made up of mostly people who have had the surgery. Here everyone is in the same boat. We are facing our fears together. Even tho I don't post much I'm here everyday. I enjoy reading other's post and many have the same fears and anxiety that I am feeling myself. I wish everyone Gods speed in their recovery. I know that its good to lose. I'm glad we all will be losers in the month of March

Ah-ha! Another LURKER!! There's quite a few who have 'lurked' in the background until they finally had something they needed to ask or something they wanted to contribute. Mo (Maureen Higgins) is our Lurker Leader. She's got the famous Happy Dancin' Feet. We're glad to have you all on the board. Be sure to "sign up" with Virginia's "SURGERY DATE AND TYPE" list. She's our "Offishal Marcher Paper Monkey And Secretary Extraordinaire" and WELL worth triple the salary we're paying her! She's comprised a list of everyone's surgery dates and type, and she updates them daily. I think as of today she's got 72 of us on there. Many of us are going to be using her list to send greetings and to have our friends/family pray for us Marchers on that date. Don't want to miss anyone, so be sure ya 'check in' with her. It's getting rough on the grey matter trying to remember everyone and their dates now! Anyhoo, so glad you're here, even if we don't know it! We're all gonna March thru this together!! I too was a lurker I first tried the chatroom - I felt like I was evesdropping on someone's private converation . I posted on the main board and the Oklahoma board a few times, and then I found this one. I love it here. It's like being at old home week. I instantly felt comfortable and like I knew everyone. Now it's like when I can't come here or someone else is gone, I feel like I'm missing something. (Glad you're back Kimmer.) I feel sooo accepted and loved here. Glad I found ya!!! Whitney
