WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Yvette,
Please be sure that you can reschedule your WLS before you do anything rash about changing it. I know if I were to try to change my date at this point, it would be almost 6 more weeks that I would have to wait for the WLS, and in some places it could be months later to get back on the schedule.
Trust in yourself to make the decision that is best for you.
Hugs,

This is a decision only you can make... Only you know how important this other appt is... Just know that if you delay the WLS it could be delayed a lot longer than a week.. Call your surgeon's office and ask.. Never hurts to ask.. then you'll know what you're facing...
Good Luck!!
Wow. That must be some appointment to consider changing your WLS date.
C'mon...fess up. You've got a date with Jonny Depp, doncha? (That's about the ONLY reason I'd change my date...ummm...nah, I wouldn't even do it for that...)
I don't have to say it...Joy, Mo and my Angel Kathy said it all. So I say..."Yeah, what THEY said!"

Hey Yvette,
That would have to be some outrageously...phenomenal...earth-shattering appointment to even begin to think about changing my WLS date.
OK fess up...you can share with us and we won't blab it all over the country...except to a few million of our closest friends- - what's the appointment really for? Then we can properly gage it on the importance scale. 1 being not important at all - 10 being ABSOLUTELY!
But first - call your WLS doc and find out if it's possible to change your WLS date without having to wait for MONTHS.
Well that's my .02!
