Hi, Whit!! I've got this one. My friend who had WLS about 2+ years ago gave it to me. Unfortunately, I live alone, so I don't cook many 'meals'. But some of the recipes in this one are worthy of cooking then freezing in smaller portions...they sound yummy!!
