WOW!! Now March 18!!!!!

My first date was 3-25 then I was bumped to the April group with a foolish (haa haa haa) date of 4-1 and today my Dr.s office called and said that they have a cancellation and would I like March 18...well, yes of course but NOW the day is only 5 weeks away and I feel like I need to be doing something will somebody PLEASE tell me what. Oh and don't subject yourselves to the memorial page. It is just too sad and scary for pre-ops to read. We know the stats and complications and have just as likely a chance as the next guy to have them but the more you read them the worse you'll feel about your decision. Trust me I've read them ALL. AND many are 26 year old mommys that wern't HUGH and had a lower BMI than alot of WLS pt's just like me. I thought that the people who died were all very sick and older and 700# not 250#. Anyway no matter your weight God has a plan for your life and He answers prayers. Love you all, and wish I could meet you. AMber

Hi Amber, Just think that what ever you are wanting to do you need to do it pretty soon. Just think that you will be in the process of feeling better by the time of your second date come around. You will be glad that you are going with the date of 3-18 Do something with your family or friends, stay away from the memorial page. God knows when he wants us to come to him I should know had lots of problems in 2003. Take care of bussiness!!!!! Dianna
