March 16th date for surgery

Woohoo! Received call from Lisa at Dr. Glen Strickland's office in West Columbia yesterday. BC/BS of Mass. approved my surgery after first letter. I am so psyched!!!!! Will have filter put in my neck on 3/11/04 and gastric bypass on 3/16/04 at 7:15 am. I was doing the happy dance all around my house yesterday afternoon! I have been telling everyone I know today at work. I was pretty useless, I must say. Everyone at work is so supportive! They all want the best for me. I am so blessed. My family and friends all support me, too! I'll try to keep everyone up to date.

Don't bust a gut, Anna! You don't NEED any complications for your WLS! I think busted guts make it a bit more difficult to re-plumb you, don't they?
