Well, you have to go to the main message board which has a new format over these old style boards. Then on the upper left part of the page it should have a spot that says "Welcome Kymber H" and then User Settings below that. You can go in there and put in a signature that will show up on the new style boards and change your pic at will.
For those who are reading this that aren't as savvy, you want to make your picture cropped and 100x100 pixels.
Have fun with it. I have been like a kid in a candy shop lately. I don't normally change my pics around so much on my other boards, but since I've been so stuck with these others for so long, it's like getting out of the car after a long trip and having to stretch your legs. You just gotta get it out of your system!
