Good job! It is so great to hear how others are doing who had their surgery around the same time as me. I had the RNY on March 17. I started off at 241 and as of yesterday weighed in at 166 - that is 75 lbs for me. You guys make me feel guilty for not doing regular exercise - after work all day and then running after my 8 and 3 yr old boys and cleaning up after them it is 10 pm! Agh! Need to start something soon though to help tone up - I do briefly in the am's some sit ups, leg lifts, etc. But need more than that!

Hi Marilyn,
My surgeon prescribed Miralax and it helps me when I get constipated. Ask Dr. Grandas if you can take it and if he has any samples he can give you. You can ask your PCP for samples too. Hope this helps.
