Marilyn- Awesome weight loss in 6 months. Man I can't believe you are already in a size 14!!! I also started out at a 30/32 but only into a 24 now. But I started out at 392 not 305 like you. Amazing- anyway, keep up the great work!! Amanda

Oh I am so sorry for you. I have not dumped on anything. All though sometimes wish I did so I wouldn't be able to cheat. I eat peanut butter all the time. I'm not sure what you ate it with but I use 5-6 oyster crackers to scoop up the peanut butter. I usually only eat about 1/2 of what the jar says is a serving before I am so full. Hope everything is better now. Jan P.

Oh my God, I dumped for the very first time ever on Saturday night!! The night of my 6 month anniversary!! I had a little peanut butter and it was low fat and low sugar and all of a sudden I felt weak and sweaty, nervous and I had an awful crampy feeling in my belly. My goodness I thought I was dying! I had to lay down because I honestly felt like I was about to faint! This was the worse feeling I have ever experienced!! Has anyone else dumped? If you have was this what you felt? It really scared me! Any input would be great!! I Love all my March 2003'ers!

Don't beat yourself up for this little slip. First of all if you only needed to lose 114 lbs you are doing great at being down 73 in the first 6 months. Most of us who have lost close to 100 or better by now have/had a lot more to lose than you. You will do fine. Just take a step back, look at where you came from and where you want to be. You will get back on track and accomplish your goal. Today is a new day, and you can start anew!!!!

Congratulations on your wonderful new life. 115? wow. I have lost 97 and have 3 more days until my 6 months. Can I lose 3 lbs in 3 days? Probably not but it is not going to bother me. You are doing great. Keep up the good work.

Well, it's just a week and a half past my 6 month anniversary date and believe it or not, I never thought of that before signing on to this web site. I'm glad I did however, because I think I'm at the beginning stages of blowing it big time! I haven't been eating right for a long time... about 2 months now. I sort of eat whatever I want, rather than thinking protein, veggies, fruit. NOT GOOD. I've lost 73 lbs and I feel great, but my goal is 114lbs. so it's way too early to get this relaxed, don't you think?! I've never been to a meeting either! That can't be good. I honestly forget about them! I wake up knowing tonight's the night and by evening I've totally forgotten. I have to fix this and allot of other things. I joined Curves in July, but haven't gone all summer. A new location just opened this week really close to my job so I am definitely getting back into exercising. I've already made the decision to stop junk food. YUP you heard me right, I snack on YUNK food. Little bits, but STILL, that kind of food is poison so WHY am I doing it?! I need to go to a meeting that's for sure. So, that's my update. I'm totally disappointed in myself. Embarrassed to even go to my next check-up which is next week. After reading everyone's 6 month stories I see that 73 pounds is not as much as it should be and I'M THE REASON WHY! Maybe writing this all down will help me get back on track. I could use a good slap across the face to say, WAKE UP! You could blow the best thing you've ever done for yourself. Get back on track NOW! Wish me luck! Thanks for being there!
