Topic: RE: Very Depressed!
hi mary jane here from new york. i can relate to your depression. i also had a few weeks where my scale didn't move an pound. but i kept at it exercising and thinking positive thoughts. then i stop and think of where i was 8 months ago and how i have lost 120 pounds and go into a store and buy things off the rack and not have to order something and then i feel good about myself. be patient it will come. everyone needs to vent it does a body good. just think good thoughts and dewll on how much you have lost so far. god is with you all the way and you will be in my prayers.

Well we are all now 9+ months postop, should be feeling better and looking better. What are your new years resolutions going to be????
Mine are probably the same as always: Loose more weight, exercise, watch what I eat.....but you know what, this year I will be able to stick to them, since I have been doing this for 9 months now.
Hope everyone has a great start to 2004 and keep up the good work.

WOO HOO, congrats on the loss. I too have lost more than 100 lbs but am no where close to 150 much less 12 away from my goal. I will not even be to where you are when I am at goal. Keep up the great work and have a safe and happy holiday season.

When was your surgery? Your weight loss is close to mine. It seems most who had surgery in Mar are at the 100 lb loss. Just wondering!
