Happy New Year to all.. I was wondering if any of you have been investigating Plastic Surgery? I am!! I've lost 130 lbs. I had my surgery on 3/5/03 which is about 10 months ago. I think if I had some skin removed I'd be at my goal weight. Has anyone had plastic surgery already? Sherry Ravenna, Ohio

I weighed myself this morning to find that I have finally lost a total of 100lbs.! I went to the store and tried on a size 16 jeans.... They fit great!!! I have an appointment with my surgeon on 1/27/2004 for my after-care, boy will they be excited.

Congratulations!

December 17th was my 9th Month Anniversary... I just got back from my cruise to Mexico.. I had a blast...Funny to say but there was food every where at any time and it was hard to control my self... I ate often but small amounts.. and to my own disbelive I lost 10 lbs during the cruise.. I guess all the walking and eating canceled each other out. Well I am now 273 in a size 20 jeans.. I haven't wore a size 20 since I was 20 years old... I am happy to see that dispite my slacking on my exercise I have still manage to continue to loose. THANK YOU GOD!!!... I will now be able to get back to my regular exercise routine now that all the overtime hours have been cut... which allows me extra time to go to the gym during the day. Oh and an update on my hair loss.. It is now growing back to the lenght before coming out. I drink my protien daily and I also take my vitamins daily. I have finally gotten over the bad taste of vitamins... YEAh ME... well Im going for now but until next time Keep your head up and I will do the same. TJ
