I average between 900-1200 calories per day. When I work out I have to eat more frequently. On the days I don't I eat less. Keisha

Gayle -- Thank you for your e-mail update. I'm so glad that the test results ended up being a fluke. It sure was scary and very suspicious. I had never heard of anyone becoming diabetic after the surgery. It is usually the other way around. Please update us on your progress. -- Wendy

Here is my 1 year update.... Starting weight 270 pounds current weight 155 pounds that's a loss of 115 pounds. I had so hoped to be at the GOAL by now but that's not going to happen. GOAL was 150 pounds. The doc don't think I will lose much more weight. I would LOVE to lose another 20 and am going to try my damnest before my plastic surgery in June. Starting stats... Waist 52...now 37... Minus 15 inches Hips 53...now 38... Minus 15 inches Chest 50...now 39...Minus 11 inches Neck 18...now 14 1/2...Minus 3.5 inches for a grand total of 44.5 inches Shirts 3XL to a large Shorts/pants 22/24 to a size 10/12 shows from a size 11 to a 9 1/2 Bra from a 42 C to a 36 or 38 B I wi**** would have been more by now but I am just thankful that I have been successful so far and have had no complications at all. You have to be thankful for that alone. Its amazing how much things have changed in a year. I even went swimsuit shopping the other day and bought a tankkini. Its cut but hope to be in a real bikini after my next surgery in June. June 28th at 7 am I will be under going a Full tummy tuck and breast lift with implants. I am so scared and just ready to get it over with. Jennifer in Florida open RNY 03-03-03 Tummy tuck and breast lift with implants June 28, 2004

False alarm.....my blood work came back normal. I got a call this morning. They are pretty certain that the first test was just a fluke. Thank goodness. I was really getting upset.
