Hi Margaret, Thanks for the compliment. I'm currently about 263 and would love to loose about another 88lbs. My personal goal is to reach 175lbs so I'm now doing some liquids and have increased my exercise. I'm not expecting any overnight miracles but I'm just a work in progress. I survived my first year. I weighed in on March 26ths at St. Alexian Brothers hospital at 391. I weighed over 400 lbs pre-op but they would not do the surgery unless I got below 400 so I went on a diet a month before surgery. I weighed yesterday and I now weigh 210. I guess 181 is pretty good for one year. My goal was 200 lbs but I have been losing slowly the last few months. I am not getting discouraged because I have been working out alot and toning up. I know I am losing inches because even though I have only lost 20+ lbs since December I have went from a size 26 to 18. It is so awesome to buy clothes at any store. I find myself still picking out the XXXL to try on and thinking this will not fit and then when I get in the dressing room and try them on I am like wow this is huge. It seems weird shopping for XL and Larges. I have had no significant side effects this year. I did get a Kidney stone but it may or may not be related. I can eat anything just in moderation. I can eat very little. I think my pouch is smaller then my moms. The only thing I think I could improve on is drinking more water and drinking more discusting protein shakes. I will get some new pictures to post soon. I want to get some plastic surgery now so if anyone has any suggestions for plastic surgeons in the Southeast MO area let me know. Maybe someone who will bill me on a payment plan.
