It is so hard to believe it has been a whole year....what a year it has been!...I have gone from a 52" waist to a 34" and am down 153 pounds!...I still can't believe it....I was fat all of my life (a 14 pound baby) (my mother loved me anyway!) and school was hell....my twenty year high school reunion is in June and I get to be the skinny one!...Big thanks to this web site for being here for my journey and to all of you who have sent me best wishes. HAPPY NEW BODY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEEEEEE! Luv ya all....Ken
