Hi Margaret, Thanks for the compliment. I'm currently about 263 and would love to loose about another 88lbs. My personal goal is to reach 175lbs so I'm now doing some liquids and have increased my exercise. I'm not expecting any overnight miracles but I'm just a work in progress.
