Plateau's at 9 months
Well I am frustrated at the fact that I have been at the same weight for a month & half. I started walking a mile on the treadmill everyday for a week now and the scale only moved 1-2 lbs. I know that I should be excited about the fact that I have lost 107 lbs but I have a long way to go and don't want to end here. It would be great if anyone could give me tips on what I should be eating at each meal at this point and what types of exercise is working best for you. Thanks!
Congrats on your loss, I too spent a month and half on a plateau. This was from before thanksgiving until just after christmas. I stopped and looked at what/ how much I was eating and relized that I was NOT EATING ENOUGH!!!! I had only been consuming betwen 350-450 calories a day. My body had gone into shut down mode. It was keeping everything I put in. I guess during christmas I pigged out, at a little of everything I wanted, even sweets. My body starting moving again and I have now lost 8 lbs just in 2 weeks. You might keep a food diary for a couple of days and make sure you are eating the right things, and eating enough or too much? I do the same exercise as you, I walk every night on the tread mill.

I think of myself as the queen of plateau. I've been on three or four that lasted more than a months. My advice, zero carb (or maybe 20 per day at most), change your exercise and know it won't last forever if you're doing the right thing.
Good luck, it's hard, but it will be okay.
