Hi Everyone, I've read so many comments about the new Subway carb controlled wraps and so today I went out today and purchased the wrap. Yes, it was very good but after eating the wrap I went on the Subway website and discovered the nutrition value, which was not that impressive. Thanks for sharing that info. At least it is high in protein and low in sugar. Boy, the sodium is high.

Thanks for sharing, doesn't look like I will be eating one. I try to limit carbs to 20-25 a day. Keep up the good work on the weight loss and have a great day jan P 3/24/03 326/195.5/15? (-130.5)

Thanks for the info. No, I won't go every week, but since I'm not able to eat a whole wrap anyway, I think it would be a good change of pace occasionally. I like to try different stuff and work it into my eating plan. Linda

Thanks for posting this. Sometimes, I just hear the "marketing", everyone wants to put out a low carb product to cash in. We do have to be careful. Marina (Los Angeles, CA) post-op 3/12/03
