8 Month Update
November 17th was my 8 month anniversary..... I am at 279lbs from 350
My weight loss has come to a momentary halt due to not getting much exercise in like I know I should. Lately I haven't found the time to get to the gym... But I know that is just an excuse... I am getting ready to go on a Cruise to Mexico and I am very excited. Once I get back I will then get myself back into my routine and start my exercise program that has worked for me in the past. If anyone has any good meal plans they would like to share please forward me any good recipes that are healthy (and taste good) that would help me get back on track. I have read everyone else's posting and I would like to give a general Congratulation and keep up the good work and I will try to do the same.. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TJ
Hi Tekesia! First, congrats on your weight loss! That is awesome! Here is a recipe I made the other day and it was a big hit with the family! Beef Stroganoff: 1 lb ground sirloin; 1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Celery Soup; 1 sm carton of low fat sour cream; garlic power; salt and pepper - Brown the ground sirloin and drain off the fat (after draining, rinse in very ho****er to remove even more fat!). Pour in the soup and sour cream. Add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Stir it all up. I serve it over noodles or rice for the family and just eat the Strognaoff for myself! Have a wonderful time on your cruise! I am going on one at the end of January and I can't wait!
