Today is my 7th Month Anniversary

Gosh I can't believe its gone by so fast, but I had my surgery March 31,03, so today is my 7th month anniversary.. I started out at 412 and now weigh 288 thats 124 pounds. It seems like im losing slow , mostly because i had a 2 month plateau that drove me nuts,, But thank GOD I'm back losing again.. I still have another 138 pounds to lose to get to my personal goal of 150, My doctors goal is 180. I hope to have it all off by my birthday in June.. Alot of work ahead of me,But i'll do it,, Well, Talk to ya'll again soon.. God Bless all..

Karen... Congratulations..... On your 124lbs lost... You say you feel like your loosing slow but you have done a tremendous job and you should be proud of your self. I am at 7 Months also and I haven't lost as much as you have.. Just Know that your loosing and before you know it you will be at your goal in no time... Keep your head up and remember you are loosing..... That is what matters the most not how fast.. also know that it didn't all come on at one time and it will take the same time for it to come off...
