My 6 Month Anniversary

Today is my 6-month post-op anniverary. As of today I've lost 61lbs since my WLS and a grand total of 73lbs. I know that majority has lost 80-100lbs so far but I'm a very slow loser but yet I'm happy that I'm losing and not gaining. I'm also blessed that I've not had any physical problems or ailments since surgery. Thank you all for your support and encouraging words. Many Blessings, Marilyn in Lexington, KY.

Congrats Marilyn! I hit my 6 month annoversary on 9/24 and I have lost 79 pounds! I am very excited. This puts me at 181 and I haven't been at this weight in years. Isn't it wonderful? Enjoy it!
