Plateau
I've hit a plateau at 120 lbs. Surgery was 3/7/03. Generally feel good, but the plateau is driving me crazy. I hoping its the old "muscles weigh more" don't know if its bogus or not. I've been trying to be consistent with my exercises, 3x a week 20 minute cardio (usually avg. 250 to 300 calories burned) and 2x a week weight resistance.
Exercise is still not something I look forward too...but I'm trying to make it a habit. Strongly encourage individuals to look at fitlinxx.com and see if there are sites in their area that have the program. The ymca where I am near (LaGrange) has a "Commit to be Fit" program and I've truly have found it helpful.
