Hi there March 2002 post-oppies!!! Hope this finds you ALL doing well and that you have some wonderful stories to share. Since we are all at the same point of our post-op tenure, we probably have a lot to share about our experiences, struggles, etc. Let me start by saying that I met my goal weight in 10 months... and maintained my weight until this last 8 or 9 months... I have been stress eating and have gained 10 pounds. NOW - it's BACK to basics for me [no bad carbs, LOTS of water and exercise -YUK - LOL] How is everyone else doing?? Anyone else having muscle cramps from low sodium?? I have that frequently [because I am washing all the sodium from my body with all the liquids - it's almost a balancing act....] Hopefully we can share experiences that can help each other.
