1/29/04 Wow! It will be...

1/29/04 Wow! It will be four years on 3/15/00 since my surgery. To date I have a net loss 122 pounds. I feel so good! I had an extended abdomnioplasty last September and am finally rid of my "burden." Feel like a kid again.
